| Can I combine multiple items and receive a discounted shipping rate?
Yes. We typically charge $3.99 for the first item (unless otherwise stated in the listing) and $1.00 for each additional item. Please note that we must send you an adjusted invoice which reflects the discounted shipping BEFORE you pay via Paypal. Simply click the Commit To Buy’ button and send us an email requesting combined shipping. How often do you ship and when can I expect my item? All orders placed by Noon CST ship out the same day if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and after Noon on Friday will ship out the following Monday. We observe New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Because we are located near a postal location that is open 24/7, we will ship out on all other holidays. We send out most all packages via USPS Media Mail. Below is a map which gives our average ship time to each state. The average time INCLUDES weekends and holidays; it represents actual calendar days.
Why should I join your email/newsletter list? Our newsletter is our way of informing our customers of new, exciting items in our store. Additionally our newsletter includes product reviews, devotions, and information we think you will find interesting. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and will never sell or otherwise distribute your information outside of our company. Do you have other items besides those in your eBay store? Yes! We have a secondary warehouse that includes over 40,000 Christian books, Bibles, CDs, DVDs, gift and educational supplies. We can typically pull items from that warehouse and have them listed to you on the same day. So if you are looking for something and you don’t see it in our store, just send us an email at: customer.service@greatchristianbargains.com and we will see if we can get it for you! Additionally, if our eBay store has an item but you need a higher quantity than what is reflected, just send us an email and we’ll see if we have enough in our secondary warehouse to meet your need. What payment methods do you accept? We prefer Paypal. If for some reason you are not able to pay via Paypal, we will accept a Money Order if you email us in advance to request authorization. We prefer not to handle personal checks or cash. Where is my order? How do I check my delivery status? We provide delivery confirmation with every order at no additional cost to our customers. We automatically send out the tracking number via email to you when the item ships. If it has been at least 2 business days since you placed your order and you have not yet received a delivery confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. We have found that sometimes the email gets routed there by mistake. If you still can’t find the delivery confirmation email, just let us know and we will send it to you again. If you have your delivery confirmation number, just go to www.usps.com and paste it into the Track & Confirm box. You can then click on the Additional Details button to see more information on your delivery status. Here are a few tips: * If the information says, “Your shipment was accepted/picked up at x:xx” then that means your order was picked up by our postal carrier and has left our warehouse. What is your return policy? If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we welcome the opportunity to make it right. First, please notify us that you would like to make a return and state why you feel the return is necessary. We allow returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Your order will be refunded for the full purchase amount, less S&H. * Please do not write “Return to Sender” on the shipping box and give it to the postal carrier. * CDs, DVDs and Software MUST have authorization before returning them. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We do ship internationally. Just email us the item number(s) and quantity you wish to buy. Please also include your complete address. We will then email you a shipping quote. What are my shipping options? We ship most of our orders via the USPS. If you wish to receive expedited shipping, please email us and we will send you an adjusted invoice and send your order via Priority Mail. Otherwise your order will ship via USPS Media Mail. Non media items will ship via UPS Ground. Can I have a name imprinted on my Bible? Yes. We charge $5.00 for each line. Typically a person’s full name can fit on one line. Just email us with the name you’d like and we’ll add the charge to your invoice and send you an updated version. This may delay your delivery by one business day. Can I get a better deal if I buy in bulk? Maybe. Just email us with the quantity you’d like (as long as you need at least 10 copies of a single item). We will then email you back with our best price and best shipping discount. If you need something that is not in our store just ask us and we may be able to get it for you! |
